We're kicking things off the night before with an informal welcome party on the patio of the Main Lodge. Burgers and appies will be served for dinner. Check in early, enjoy the beautiful setting of the Okanagan wilderness, and celebrate the opening night with us.

Set on the water in the Kelowna backcountry, the resort is the setting for both the welcome party and the wedding itself — so once you arrive, there's nowhere else you need to be all weekend.

We'd love for you to stay on-site with us for the full weekend, welcome party on Friday night through wedding day on Saturday, with departures on Sunday morning.
Unfortunately, lodging at the resort cannot accommodate everyone. Please let us know if you would like to stay the weekend at the resort and we will do our best to accommodate everyone comfortably. Priority will go to guests who would like to spend both Friday and Saturday night with us.
Cabins will be shared amongst couples and individuals — we'll do our best to place you with people you know. Good news: we've got a strict no-losers policy for this wedding, so you're in excellent company either way. Most cabins have three or more bedrooms, and each couple or individual will have a bedroom of their own.
For guests who don't intend on staying at the resort the night of the wedding, two shuttles will be available to bring guests back to Kelowna. Schedule and pickup details to follow closer to the date.
